The Mudjimba Beach House is a character style residence for a builder-client with an extended multi generational family, located in an established low density residential neighbourhood street.

The house wraps itself around a central yard and swimming pool with the main kitchen and living room spilling directly onto the yard via a double height verandah, encompassing beautiful natural light, cross breezes and interesting vistas throughout all of the key spaces.
