There are 2 street frontages which demands a higher consideration of design variation and facade treatment, again with the focus being on enhanced streetscape, passive surveillance and activation. The design theme here is more traditional gable roof forms, predominantly simple white exterior colour scheme, with a mixture of white render and traditional weatherboards, with lots of timber finishes internally. A classic coastal chic design palette presents a level of luxury for what are very modest sized residences.
