Sippy Downs Drive

Following the success we achieved with Habitat Development Group in the completion of their precinct in this locality, we were engaged by RM Developments to redesign a previous DA they had in play on a large development parcel off Sippy Downs Drive. This project entails 89 apartments in 2 stages with an impressive communal swimming pool and landscaped open spaces. The form of the buildings are defined by a contrasting brickwork podium of 1-2 storeys, with discernible angular plan & rooflines in the apartment levels over. Council assessment is in final stages of negotiation with market release early 2023.
