One Tree, Sippy Downs

We have had the pleasure in partnering the Habitat Development Group with the latest 4 stages of High Street in Sippy Downs. This includes the design and delivery of 'Forest Edge', ‘Botanica' and ‘Parkwoods’, plus the documentation of the ‘One Tree’ & ‘High St’ projects.

These developments combined, accommodate over 1000 residents and now form a precinct / micro-suburb and is an exemplar for high density urban design on the Sunshine Coast. It was important to consider the building's relationship to its surroundings, while taking a thoughtful and intentional approach to each design. The final project in the series was the 'One Tree’ development and serves as a standout and memorable feature for our team and the street.
